The first 10*10 you purchase comes with 2 weekend passes, each additional 10*10 you purchase includes 1 additional weekend pass. So for example purposes; if you were to purchase a 20*20 booth space it will include 5 weekend passes. A weekend pass is good for 1 person both Saturday and Sunday.

Additional Admission Options

The first 10*10 space purchased includes two (2) weekend passes, each additional 10*10 block includes one (1) more additional weekend pass. For example a 20*20 will come with 5 weekend passes. If you have additional staff attending with you, you should buy their tickets below. Buying their tickets with your registration will allow them to enter the show early with you as a participant. All tickets purchased under the general admission page are only valid for 9:00am entry.

Facility Parking Details

We suggest you purchase an advanced participant parking pass which gains you quick access into the venue's general parking lots for single space vehicle parking. Be sure to display your parking pass when arriving Saturday and Sunday so staff knows you are a prepaid participant. See below for reserve lot options. If you bring more than a single vehicle, you must purchase a Reserved Lot space below. Please note that after 8:30am there is no guaranteed access to the on-site lot due to the large volume of traffic, you may be directed to an alternate lot and bussed over.

Vendor Weekend Parking Pass* ($20.00)

Valid for On-Site parking in Mclay Street lot if vending in the Speed Show (Main Hall) or Off Road Show (West Hall)
Valid for On-Site North lot, Harrisburg Community College lot and Elmerton lot (Busses provided for off-site lots) if vending in the Custom Car Truck and Bike Show (Expo Hall) or Oval 1/8th Off Road Racing (Equine Arena / Barn).
Not valid at 3rd party lots.
Unused parking passes are non-refundable

Off Site Trailer Parking ($15.00)

All empty trailers, after unloading, must park in the off-site Elmerton lot. This is for Racers, Vehicle Exhibitors, and Vendors who do NOT need access to their trailer over the weekend and want secure parking. The lot does have 24/7 maned security from Thursday at 12noon through Sunday at 5pm.There will be shuttles on Saturday during show hours should you need access to your trailer.

Reserved Parking Lot

Would you like a guaranteed parking space close to the building entrances? Motorama's Reserved lot offers 24/7 manned security from Thursday at noon to Sunday at 5pm. The lot is close to all racing segments of the show giving participants the ability for easy trailer/camping access throughout the weekend. The lot also offers a limited supply of electric hook up. Pease note that after 8:30am there is no guaranteed access to the on-site lot due to the large volume of traffic, you may be directed to an alternate lot and bussed over.

As a participant of Motorama Races and Shows, I agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and participants of the Event from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding the same event. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set forth by organizers of the same event. I have my own personal health insurance. Should I be injured and need to be transferred by ambulance to a local hospital, I agree to assume all financial responsibility related to my transport. By checking the box below, I hereby agree to accept under reasonable conditions the final judgment and award of prizes of the participating judges of the same event. In addition, I allow the Event and selected sponsors photo rights of my vehicle taken at the event for use in any form or manner. I understand and accept all the rules and claim in my submission that all the above information is correct and understand that any false information may jeopardize my eligibility in this competition. Furthermore, by entering my initials below I understand and acknowledge that Pre-Registration is nonrefundable and that I will not charge back this order.
